Quality-Controlled Production

Bananas are placed in dedicated ripening chambers where they mature naturally, preserving their authentic flavour and nutritional profile. Ripened fruits are thoroughly washed—first with chlorinated water, then with fresh water—to eliminate all foreign matter and impurities. After careful manual peeling and conveyor inspection, bananas are processed through fruit millers to produce smooth, homogeneous puree.

The puree is heat-treated at 85-95°C for optimal preservation, collected in sanitary tanks, and passed through metal detectors and fine strainers to ensure absolute purity. Our stringent quality protocols guarantee particle-free, contaminant-free product that meets international food safety standards.

Aseptic Packaging & Storage

The finished banana puree is packed in food-grade aseptic bags with poly liners, sealed within MS drums for maximum protection and extended shelf life. All products are stored in our temperature-controlled warehouses, ensuring consistent quality and freshness until delivery to your destination.
